Supervisors struggled with silos, inconsistent communication, and limited ability to translate organisational values into daily leadership practices
Solutions
ALVIGOR designed and delivered the Values in Action a 2-day experiential programme built around modules such as High-Performing Teams, Establishing Trust (SCARF Model). Supervisors co-created shared stories around values, translating abstract principles into observable daily practices.
Results
Supervisors reported greater ability to establish trust, improve communication embrace diversity, and embody Linxen's values directly applying lessons to strengthen team cohesion and service culture. A common values narrative strengthened coordination across teams.
