Challenges

Assistant Casino Managers (ACMs) needed to strengthen leadership fundamentals, adapt to hybrid roles/job redesign, and build resilience in a high-pressure casino operations environment

Solutions

ALVIGOR delivered a 12-month intervention combining 8 customised leadership workshops, 1-to-1 coaching (120 coaching manhours), and change management programmes for Casino Operations, complemented by keynote sessions under the CHASE Academy.

Results

Participants enhanced planning, organising, leading, and controlling skills, developed stronger
self-awareness & adaptability and applied change tools directly to operational challenges, sustaining performance improvements across the business
