Majlis Ugama Islam Singapura (MUIS) engaged Alvigor to strengthen organisational values and enhance onboarding/teambuilding for HR and staff

Staff needed to internalise MUIS values in daily work and build stronger synergy, especially among new hires (1 month�1 year tenure)

Solutions

ALVIGOR delivered the Values-in-Action Project (5 workshops + team-building) and the Team Synergy Workshop (interactive activities such as Picture-it, Alphabet Game, Ball Drop), supported by reflective journaling and post-workshop follow-ups

Results

Participants demonstrated:
Stronger commitment to applying MUIS values in their roles.
Improved familiarity, communication, and cross-team collaboration.
Positive feedback on workshop design, with reported increases in confidence and workplace engagement.
