Zouk Singapore - Stronger Together Leadership Retreat

Zouk Singapore, newly acquired by the Genting Group, brought in a fresh suite of heads of department and needed to build alignment across its management team

Challenges

Leaders had not yet bonded, faced communication gaps, and struggled to give and receive feedback effectively

Solutions

ALVIGOR designed and delivered the Stronger Together retreat (25 pax, senior and middle management) combining facilitated dialogue, experiential team challenges, and action planning to strengthen trust and communication

Results

Participants developed deeper awareness of each others strengths and working styles, improved cross-team, communication and committed to follow-up action plans. The retreat rejuveated the leadership team, creating openness, stronger collaboration, and a foundation for building a high-performing culture
