Teamwork Makes the Dream Work

A drop of water on its own may ripple briefly, but many drops together form an ocean with extraordinary power. This metaphor, used in Helen Elizabeth Glass’s TEDx talk “Teamwork Makes the Dream Work”, captures the essence of collaboration. It is a reminder that teamwork multiplies impact, breaks down barriers, and creates possibilities far beyond individual effort.

The Ocean Framework: How Teamwork Makes the Dream Work 

Inspired by the drop-to-ocean metaphor shared in Helen Elizabeth Glass’s TEDx talk, ALVIGOR has formulated the Ocean Framework for Team Collaboration, a structured way to understand how teamwork turns potential into impact.

Teamwork makes the dream work because it is the journey from drops to oceans.
